WORKFLOW & PROCESS | SOCIAL ASSET BRIEF

  1. BRIEF PROJECT - Stanley provides WAU with the product, theme, creative direction and any critical elements that the content demands in the form of a Social Asset Request form.  In each weekly meeting following the request we will ask any questions we may have about the request.

  2. BRAINSTORM CONCEPTS(5-7 Days after Brief Received)- In this stage, based on information given to us we will put together at minimum 3 ideas that align with direction, plus other ideas that we come up with inspired by the landscape.  This stage will not include design, examples from other brands, sketches or descriptions of ideas will be brought forth here.

  3. SELECT CONCEPTS (2-3 days following Brief)- Stanley to pick a concept they would like to see explored. Direction to be provided based on what was presented and how they'd like to see it interpreted.

  4. INCORPORATE FEEDBACK+ FINAL CONCEPTS(+3-5 Days) - Once concepts are selected and feedback is provided we will take this opportunity to finalize all details from copy, styling props, models and logistics. 

  5. ROUGH DRAFT/FIRST LOOK (7-14 Days from approval) - Goal is to execute against the selected concept with actual photography being captured or design where we "stanley-ify" the concept, incorporating direction and ideas from you guys. If photography we will provide additional versions of the imagery for you to decide what version you may like in the final.

  6. FEEDBACK PROVIDED (+2 Days)- This is where all aspects of the rough draft are commented on in one fail swoop as best as possible that incorporate everything from the actual copy you'd like to see in the final to design element changes and composition.  

  7. FINAL DELIVERY (+3-5 Days) - WAU will execute against the rough draft feedback to get ready for channel. Its possible to do one final round with tweaking and fine tuning but the idea would be not to go back to prior stages and comment on things that had already been adjusted.
